SUPPORT & TRAINING
We offer a host of support and educational services to ensure that our customers are making the best use of their Pageflex solutions.
All customers with an active support contract have access to our support portal, where they can open a support case or review the status of an open issue. Supported customers can also use the portal to view our searchable knowledgebase, or take a look at our customer forums.
Many customers, partners and others take advantage of our social media presence to stay on top of what is going on at Pageflex and to interact with other users. We maintain a LinkedIn group, Pageflex Professionals, a Facebook page, and a Twitter account, @pageflexinfo.
We also maintain a professional services team who provide customers with a range of projects and services, including template creation, API based custom development, and implementation assistance.
Our educational services team offers classes on all Pageflex products for new and existing customers, partners, resellers and OEMs.
